Shipping policy
Ivey's Furniture provides delivery anywhere within 80 miles of our store. Cost will vary depending on your purchase and location. If you have questions regarding delivery to your area please give the store a call for a quote: 864-401-7980.
In Home Drop-off Delivery Service:

Deliveries are made Wednesday- Saturday, 8am-4pm, and some Sunday afternoon times as needed, starting at $75.

Your delivery will be confirmed and you will be given a 3 hour delivery window*.

Our Service Technicians will call/text when leaving the stop prior to let you know they are on their way.

Customer must arrange to be home or have a responsible adult (18 years or older) there to accept and sign for delivery.

Delivery does not include installation and assembly. Our Drop Off Delivery includes getting to a secure location in driveway, front porch or garage. If you would like installation and assembly there is an extra charge and you can arrange that with us and make payment arrangements.
If you choose to pay for installation the following applies:

Our Service Technicians are restricted from moving any electronic equipment or existing furniture already in the home. If you need your existing furniture moved this MUST be done prior to our delivery team arriving. No exceptions.
- Prior to scheduling delivery, home must be complete: closings, construction and/or remodeling, as well as a driveway that is passable.

We cannot take appointments or requests. The 3 hour time frame is based on the most efficient routing metrics*.
*Delivery times are subject to change depending on traffic, weather, and other extraneous circumstances out of our control.
You have 3 days after delivery to alert us of any damages or defects. NOT available on as-is, floor sample, or clearance merchandise
Customer Pickup: Pick up is available at our loading docks behind our showroom. You must come by the showroom prior to pickup to gather documents to take to the loading dock. Standard warehouse hours are Wednesday- Saturday 8am-4pm.
If you need to pickup at a later time, please call the store to make arrangements at 864-401-7980. We will load the furniture in its carton.
We do not assemble furniture that is picked up. If you want the furniture assembled you may want to have it delivered or arrange to have it assembled. If you choose to pick up your furniture and discover defects or damage, we will send a certified technician out to repair the furniture or you can return it to the store for an exchange. It will be your responsibility to transport damaged merchandise back to the store or pay a delivery charge, no exceptions.
