We are committed to your satisfaction first and foremost and we want to help you have the best possible shopping experience.
Delivery time and order time is estimated according to information on hand at the time the order is written. Actual availability may vary from this estimate. Buyer agrees that changes in availability will not invalidate this order. Ivey's furniture is not responsible for manufacturer delays or other causes beyond our control.
Shipping From Manufacturer Information:
Since the start of Covid, our industry and many others have longer that normal shipping times - Please allow 1-16 weeks (call store for info on your items of interest) for your products to arrive at our warehouse. We also have many items in stock and available for pick up now, or available for quick delivery. Arrival depends on manufacturer’s current inventory availability. As soon as your product arrives at our warehouse we will contact you to schedule a delivery/pickup date. If you have selected to pick up your order we will notify you as soon as it arrives at our warehouse.
All deliveries must have someone 18 or over present at the time and for the entire duration of the delivery.
Returns & Exchanges
All returns/exchanges must be approved by the store. It is our Policy that items must be returned within 3 business days of delivery/pickup for a refund of the purchase price, less any delivery fee (Not Refundable), re-delivery fee and/or return merchandise pick up fee and a 25% RESTOCKING/CANCELLATION FEE WILL BE APPLIED; Products in question must be in new condition and a purchase receipt must be provided before the merchandise can be returned/exchanged. Returns/exchanges must be approved by the store prior to return/exchange. Returns are to be handled by the customer, including transportation. Refunds will be issued by check or card used at the time of purchase. No cash refunds. Please allow 2 to 10 business days for credit card returns to process.
Accessories, Bedding, Mattresses (After opened), are Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable. If you purchased during a promotion offering anything free with purchase, that item must be returned as well or the full retail value of that item will be deducted from your refund total. Delivery and Service Charges are Non-Refundable.
Cancellations
All cancelled orders are subject to a restocking/restocking fee of 25%. Please make sure all measurements/color/etc. have been taken into account as most items are custom ordered. The difference of any refundable amount may also be used as store credit or towards another order. Refunds will be issued by check or the card used at the time of purchase. No cash refunds.
Delivery service does NOT include removal of current items. Delivery service will not move or be responsible for moving any current items in the path of delivery. Path and space must be cleared prior to delivery or delivery may be rescheduled and another fee charged.
